Cancellation Policy
A cancellation request for a payment plan must be emailed to support@mymoneyedu.com at least 2 business days before the next payment date.
Subscription information
If the customer requests to cancel their subscription within the first 30 days cancel their account and access rights. The customer will still have access to their individual product bundle purchases for up to 12 months following their purchase date, however, any additional modules/bundles that were granted due to the subscription will no longer be accessible upon cancellation. Monthly billing must cease after 12 months of membership and must be re-initiated by thee cardholder if they wish to continue.
If you cancel within the first 30 days with a subscription product your account will be canceled effective immediately and you forgo any ongoing access effective the day of cancellation. Basically, if you cancel within the 30-day time-frame you won’t have ongoing access past the cancellation date because you were already given a discount to access the content. If the customer cancels after 120 days or after 4 times successful billing, the customer will have access to the content until the end of the next billing cycle.
